Chhabra is also responsible for launching Suniel Shetty's daughter, Athiya Shetty in Bollywood. The actress made her Bollywood debut in 2015 with the Hero movie, alongside Sooraj Pancholi. Mukesh Chhabra revealed on the podcast channel, Bharati TV, that Suniel Shetty gave him his Versova bungalow as a gift when he launched Athiya Shetty. Shetty gifted him the house so that he can set up his office. On the podcast, the casting director revealed that while he was flourishing in his career, one of the best human beings (Suniel) had a bungalow in Aram Nagar called 160. At the time, Mukesh was working on a film with his daughter Athiya. The Dhadkan actor asked Mukesh why he was working in such a small office and offered him a bungalow. When Mukesh told him he's under a lot of pressure, the Hera Pheri actor told him not to worry.

Further, the Dil Bechara director praised Suniel Shetty's good deeds and how he doesn't tell the world about them. Suniel Shetty also assured Chhabra that there was no need to worry about the rent. The Dhadkan actor thanked the casting director for launching his daughter and offered him his Versova bungalow.

Mukesh explained how the space Suniel provided changed his life. When he inaugurated the new office, several actors, including Rajkummar Rao and other close friends, turned up, and they built the company together. Eventually, Mukesh started growing in his profession and now has offices in Chandigarh, Delhi, and London.

Talking about Athiya Shetty, after Hero, she appeared in movies like Mubarakan and Motichoor Chaknachoor. The actress is now married to cricketer KL Rahul. On the other hand, Suneil Shetty was last seen in Operation Fryday (2023). The actor had a special appearance in the 2024 film Ruslaan, which stars Aayush Sharma. Suniel's next will be Welcome to the Jungle and Hera Pheri 3. For the latter, the actor will reunite with Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal.
