YEREVAN, August 28. /ARKA/. The Armenian Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC) imposed a fine of 20 million drams on CJSC Electric Networks of Armenia on Wednesday./pp

The PSRC initiated an administrative proceeding following complaints from citizens to investigate a possible violation of the company's obligation to provide accurate and comprehensive information, as stipulated by its electricity distribution license.br/pp

The investigation confirmed that the company had indeed provided inaccurate and incomplete information, a fact acknowledged by the company./pp

Considering that this violation also hindered the Commission's ability to fully and properly assess citizens' complaints, the PSRC imposed a fine of 20 million drams on Electric Networks of Armenia./pp br/p
