Security Man Sexually Abuses 15-Year-Old Boy, Leaves Evidence All Over Him

A 45-year-old man is facing jail after admitting to raping a teenage boy in an affluent area of Lagos.

Magistrate O.A. Ogunbowale of an Igbosere magistrates court has remanded a 45-year-old security guard, Musa Mohammed, into custody for the alleged rape of a 15-year-old boy.

The defendant was charged with assault and unlawful sexual intercourse (rape).

The prosecutor, inspector Asu Feddy, said that the security man who resides at 30 Glover road, Ikoyi, committed the alleged offences on November 9, 2015, at about 4:10pm.

He said that the defendant unlawfully had sexual intercourse with the 15-year-old boy by forcing himself on the teenager and anally raping him.

Feddy said that the defendant sexually penetrated the boy without his consent and spilled his semen into the boy, on his underwear and trousers, leaving DNA evidence.

The prosecutor said “the defendant forcefully raped the boy and spilled sperm all over his body when the boy went to urinate in the toilet.”

According to the prosecutor, the offences committed are punishable under Sections 170, 135 and 259 of the Criminal Law of Lagos state (2011).

The defendant plead guilty to the charges against him.

The magistrate consequently ordered that the defendant should be remanded into custody to await sentencing.

The case was adjourned to December 9 for reports to be taken into account and the defendant will be sentenced on that date.
