Vehicles without ‘Pollution under Control’ certificate coming to transport offices to be penalized

Even if a vehicle boarded by a public representative or a bureaucrat will enter at the transport offices including regional transport office(RTOs) and District transport office(DTOs) across the state without a ‘Pollution under Control’ certificate; it won’t be given an entry.
