Green tax tiff: Corpn encashes toll collector's bank guarantee

The South Delhi Municipal Corporation has taken a stern stance against private concessionaire SMYR Consortium, which collects toll tax, by encashing its bank guarantee as the firm has failed to pay the monthly signed amount to the civic body.
