Lesa pins defaulters with yellow slips

If your house is locked and you owe an amount to Lucknow Electricity Supply Administration (LESA), a ‘yellow slip’ will be pasted on the walls or main gate to remind that you are a power defaulter and have arrears to pay. The slips are being pasted on the walls of defaulters after their connections are snapped.
