It is produced by Rajan Shahi who is also the producer of Anupamaa. Currently, in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, we see the Poddars and Abhira preparing for the big wedding. The festivities have begun and recently the members enjoyed the sangeet ceremony of Armaan and Abhira at a dhaaba. However, another drama unfolded as Abhira fell unconscious.

After all the dance and fun, Abhira (Samridhii Shukla) falls unconscious and Armaan (Rohit Purohit) gets extremely worried. In Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, we then see Abhira undergoing several tests and check-ups. A doctor show up stating that Abhira's medical condition does not permit her to become a mother. She cannot conceive. All are in shock. Kaveri (Anita Raj) talks about how children are blessing and Vidya talks about how Armaan always wanted to have a family. Vidya also states that he shouldn't marry Abhira as she cannot give him a baby. With all the talks, frustration builds up in Armaan. As per a report in India Forums, Armaan will storm off the sangeet venue and locks himself in his room in his home. He will be angry, frustrated, shocked and shattered. He will also be in tears knowing that if he marries Abhira, he may never get to become a father.

Further, the report suggests that Armaan will confront Abhira. He will question her and ask why did she hide the truth from him. To this, Abhira would state that even she wasn't aware of the fact that she cannot become a mother. Both will have emotional moments. But it remains to be seen if Armaan will go against his family's desire and marry Abhira despite knowing that he will not become a father. But as per several reports, all of this is just an evil trick by Ruhi. She is the one who has made false reports of Abhira so that Armaan decides to not marry her. Armaan has always wanted kids but will he change his decision?
