During a press conference ahead of this week’s match against Fiorentina, Gasperini took the opportunity to laud the club president’s pivotal role.
“Percassi will remain the most important man at Atalanta,” he declared, as reported by TMW.
Gasperini also discussed the thrill of having a player nominated for the prestigious Ballon d’Or, calling it a remarkable achievement.
“Nomination for the Ballon d’Or is an extraordinary result,” the coach enthused.
Turning his focus to the upcoming fixture, Gasperini emphasised the necessity of maintaining their form and consistency.
