She said that she has not been able to break the image of Akshara yet. She revealed that whenever she goes out, people still call her Akshu and it is difficult as the fans have connected immensely with Akshara. She further said that people still miss Akshara a lot and she would do her best to make the character of Durga also popular and that they can see the character in her and love her the same way.

She said, "I played the role for two years continuously and then the leap happened and we had to exit. All of it happened suddenly so it makes a difference to your life." Pranali said that she doesn't want to forget Akshara ever.
