Women-only cars may be exempt from odd-even scheme

Chief minister Arvind Kejriwal said on Wednesday that the government was considering exempting women, driving alone or in the company of other women, from the restrictions of the odd-even traffic formula the city would try out from January 1 to 15 in a bid to improve Delhi’s abysmal winter air quality.
