Puzhal central prison was safest place during floods

If a dry living area, regular supply of food and a peaceful atmosphere instead of screams for help are yardsticks of a good life, then the 3,100 people in Puzhal Central Prison in Chennai were better off than most residents of even posh localities in flood-hit Chennai over the past two weeks.
