Chennai, Nepal, Pak delegates to give GALF a miss

The sixth edition of the Goa arts and literary festival (GALF) is expected to be a fascinating kaleidoscope of events that has much to offer writers and the artist fraternity in Goa. Delegates from Chennai, however, will give it a miss this year because of the catastrophic floods that hit the Tamil Nadu capital and villages in its vicinity recently. The festival is scheduled to be held from Thursday to Sunday at the international centre Goa (ICG), Dona Paula.
