Dissent within Congress, JD(S) out in the open

Dissent brewing within the Congress and the JD(S) came out in the open on Wednesday , the last day of filing nominations for elections to 25 legislative council seats from local authorities constituencies.Several leaders from the two parties filed their papers are Independents after being denied tickets.
