MC driver being treated at PGI; police yet to lodge FIR

A day after the accident in which three Municipal Corporation Chandigarh (MCC) officials and five engineering students were injured near Gharuan in Mohali in a head-on collision, cops have not lodged an FIR against anyone yet, but have identified the car's student driver as Harsimran Singh (18), a resident of Sector 7 in Chandigarh.
