Times of Malta says Speaker Anġlu Farrugia yesterday lifted the suspension of the Opposition leader’s chauffeur Anthony Tabone, saying there was not enough evidence to warrant such drastic action. In another story, the newspaper says a parliamentary committee will today debate the transfer of government property to the American University of Malta, which, as far as is known, has not yet been granted a licence to operate as a university on the island.
