Chennai floods: Try erring Tamil Nadu officials for manslaughter, says PIL in Madras HC

Tamil Nadu government officials responsible for the delayed, and unannounced, release of a large quantity of water from Chembarambakkam reservoir that led to loss of 280 lives must be tried for manslaughter, a PIL filed in the Madras high court has said.
