'Dead' farmer gets govt relief, but lives to fight panchayat polls

This dead man is contesting elections in Haryana. The Haryana government is in an embarrassing situation now after it released Rs 1 lakh compensation to a farmer who had "died" of shock after his wheat crop was damaged in hailstorm and rains and later found that he is in the panchayat poll fray.
