[Ticker] Commission tables two proposals to reform online business

The European Commission presented on Wednesday two proposals to ease cross-border e-commerce in the EU: one on digital content (e.g. streaming music) and one on the online sale of goods (e.g. buying clothes online). In total 16 Digital Single Market initiatives will be presented before the end of next year.
