[Ticker] Canada warns of reopening trade deal

Canada is open to rethinking investor protection in its free trade deal with the EU but warns that European demands for change risk unraveling the entire deal, Canada's chief negotiator said Wednesday. The deal needs to be ratified by EU countries, some of which oppose the investor-state dispute settlement (ISDS).
