Atlassian trading above issue price in market debut
Atlassian Corp. was trading at $27.15 on the Nasdaq Thursday morning, above its initial public offering price of $21. The Australian enterprise software company said it was selling 22 million shares and raised $462 million to gain a market valuation of about $4.4 billion. The company had a private valuation of $3 billion and is the fifth largest IPO of the year, according to Renaissance Capital. Atlassian set an issue price higher than its increased $19 to $20 target range Wednesday night. Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Allen & Company, UBS Investment Bank and Jefferies underwrote the offering.
