HC nixes appointment of 12 MU college heads

A single bench of Patna high court presided over by Justice Ajay Kumar Tripathi on Thursday quashed the appointment of 12 principals of Magadh University (MU) on the ground of irregularities in their appointment. Justice Tripathi had reserved his order in the case on September 7, 2015.
