NATO representatives discuss cooperation prospects and defence reforms in Armenia

YEREVAN, 7 November. /ARKA/. A NATO delegation led by Deputy Chief of Staff of Supreme Allied Command Europe, Vice Admiral Gunnstein Bruasdal (Norway) was on a working visit to Armenia on November 5-6, the press service of the Armenian Defence Ministry reports./pp

It said the delegation had meetings with Deputy Chief of General Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces Major General Artur Yeroyan and Head of the Defence Policy and International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Defence Levon Ayvazyan./pp

During the meetings a set of issues related to the current state and prospects of Armenia-NATO co-operation were discussed./pp

The NATO delegation was briefed on the progress of the defence reforms in Armenia./pp
