Bassi’s brother sends notice to CM, alleges ‘ personal grudge’

The younger brother of police commissioner BS Bassi, Ravi Bassi, has sent a notice to chief minister Arvind Kejriwal and deputy CM Manish Sisodia following the ordering of an inquiry into a flat purchased by the police chief in a co-operative housing society in 1990. It is, at present, occupied by the younger brother and his family.
