Graft cell files second FIR in industrial area case

The Anti Corruption Branch of Delhi government has registered a second FIR against the state’s principal secretary, directorate of vigilance, Chetan B Sanghi, and officials of the Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (DSIIDC) in the case related to the alleged “scam in conversion of over 350 industrial sheds from leasehold to freehold”. The present case has been registered under sections of the Indian Penal Code and Prevention of Corruption Act.
