Saved from floodwater, rare native dogs find bark again

Some quick thinking saved several native Rajapalayam and Chippiparai dogs in the animal husbandry department’s dog breeding unit in Saidapet after water from the Adyar flowed into the campus and threatened to snuff them out during the devastating flooding in the city last week.
