Mayor calls special meet on Smart City after state rap

The state government on Thursday ordered the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) to take a “clear” stand on the Smart Cities Mission proposal by December 14 or face action, virtually compelling the mayor to convene a special general body meeting.
