Armenia records around 19.5 thousand real estate transactions in september, with monthly decline noted

YEREVAN, November 8. /ARKA/. In September 2024, 19,494 transactions were made in Armenia’s real estate market, compared to 17,253 transactions in September 2023 and 20,178 transactions in August of the same year, according to data from the National Statistical Committee of the country./pp

The largest number of transactions in the reporting month took place in Yerevan – 5,611 (28.8% of the total), while the smallest number was in Vayots Dzor – 292 (1.5%). In Kotayk, 3,263 transactions (16.7%) were made, 1,784 (9.2%) in Ararat, 1,579 (8.1%) in Armavir, 1,378 (7.1%) in Aragatsotn, 1,257 (6.4%) in Tavush, 1,208 (6.2%) in Lori, 1,079 (5.5%) in Gegharkunik, 1,069 (5.5%) in Shirak, and 974 (5%) in Syunik. -0-/p
