Brianna Lyman: Most Americans Are On Board With Trump’s Message Of Economic Optimism
Elections Correspondent for The Federalist Brianna Lyman joins Fox Across America With guest host Paul Gleiser to give her take on a Fox News poll which finds that 54 percent of voters are feeling hopeful in response to the results of the 2024 presidential election.
“I think what you’re seeing here is that the divisive rhetoric spread by the left for the past four years, but in particular these past few months, was just rhetoric that they were spewing into an echo chamber because the average American didn’t care to listen to it because they knew what they were feeling. And the message that Donald Trump has brought, the way Donald Trump speaks, people are optimistic. Whether you’re a Republican or a Democrat, when you hear that things are going to be good, we’re going to get the economy back on track and you know he’s done it once before, you’re damn right you’re going to be optimistic. So I do think that you’re going to see a difference in opinion from the public sentiment, because they’re not going to buy into the propaganda press narrative that they did the first time.”
