Actor-YouTuber Prasad Behara arrested for sexually harassing female co-star; FULL REPORT

On Wednesday, December 18, the Telangana police arrested Telugu YouTuber and actor Prasad Behara. The actor was arrested in an alleged sexual harassment case. A female co-star filed a complaint against Prasad, saying that he has been allegedly harassing her sexually for months. The police confirmed the same to a news portal.

As reported by the Deccan Chronicle, YouTuber-actor Prasad Behara has been reportedly misbehaving with the woman for a few months. The report mentions that Prasad allegedly behaved inappropriately and 'touched her indecently'. Further in this entertainment news, a case has been registered against Behara. The actress used to work with him on a web show for a YouTube channel.

The cops informed me that Prasad has been arrested under Sections 75 (2) and 79,351 (2) of the BNS. Behara was produced in court on Wednesday and has been sent to 14-day remand. The duo met while working on the web show and the woman alleged that he behaved inappropriately with her. Reportedly, when she tried to stop Behara, he abused her one day. The report also mentions that Prasad Behara allegedly attacked the woman while she was returning home from their shoot. The incident happened on December 11, 2024, and hence, she decided to file a case against him.

So far, Prasad Behara has not shared any statement regarding the allegations. The Telangana police are investigating the matter further. On Instagram, the actor has 355k followers. His recent post was 4 days ago from his web show.
