Pushpa 2 makers offer Rs 50 lakh support to stampede victim's family, Hyderabad cops summon Allu Arjun for questioning
Allu Arjun starrer Pushpa 2: The Rule continues to smash box office records and has been winning hearts with its storyline. The producers of Pushpa 2 on Monday donated financial assistance of Rs 50 lakhs to the family of the woman who died in a stampede during the premiere of the film. Allu Arjun along with his family and his co-star Rashmika Mandanna visited Hyderabad's Sandhya theatre. Due to this, hundreds of fans of the actors ran to catch his glimpse which led to a stampede-like situation.
Naveen Yerneni, the producer who owns Mythri Movie Makers visited the hospital where the victim's eight-year-old son is undergoing treatment. He handed over a cheque to the family and told the reporters that the cheque was handed over to the woman's husband as they wanted to support the family. Trade analyst Manobala Vijayabalan, Naveen addressed the press in the video and said, 'It's very unfortunate what happened. We've felt bad about it since it happened and we couldn't express our feelings. Revathi's death is a huge loss to her family. Doctors are doing their best to help the boy recover. We want to support the family'.

Allu Arjun will have to go to Chikkadpally police station at 11 am tomorrow and his legal team will come to his house for further discussion.
After the stampede incident, Allu Arjun was arrested on December 13 and the Telangana High Court granted him a four-week interim bail. Allu Arjun was released from the prison on December 14 morning. Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy accused Arjun of visiting the Sandhya theatre despite police permission being denied. On Sunday, several protesters vandalized Allu Arjun's residence in Hyderabad and also demanded money for the victim of the stampede.
