'It lacked Tanaav...', Gitikka Ganju Dhar shares her experience of working on web series Tanaav 2 [EXCLUSIVE]

The second season of web series Tanaav is now streaming on SonyLIV. The web series that is inspired by Fauda received a good response from the audience. It starred Manav Vij, Arbaaz Khan, Danish Husain, Ekta Kaul, M. K. Raina, Rajat Kapoor, Satyadeep Mishra, Shashank Arora and many others in pivotal roles. In the second season, we all saw Gitikka Ganju Dhar impressing all with her powerful performance. She played a character opposite the main antagonist and garnered rave reviews. In an exclusive chat with his, Gitika shared her experience of working on Tanaav 2 and more.

When asked how was her experience working on Tanaav 2, Gitikka shared, "It lacked Tanaav, if you know what I mean, it was smooth, easy and definitely a happy experience shooting for the show. Applause Entertainment is a super professional set-up to work with." About receiving positive response from the fans, she exclaimed, "Of course, I am happy with the response, whether in person or online, I have received only yays, the director did tell me how he was happy with the fact that I brought an authentic energy to the scenes, I do think it is my first real outing as an actor, am happy to learn and grow. It is one of the biggest shows of the year. Grateful and blessed and now looking forward to the next project."

Given that the genre of the web series is so intense, one may expect the environment on the sets to be in-sync with it. Sharing about the environment on the sets, Gitikka quoted, "Well, as focussed as it needs to be. In general, it is quite understandable that if a show has intense scenes, all the creative hands on set will try to remain in the zone, mentally and emotionally.
