Mercedes-Benz ‘Arena of Desire’ – What to Expect?
Mercedes-Benz India is all set to steal the spotlight at the Bharat Mobility Show 2025, showcasing its cutting-edge electric vehicles (EVs) and luxury offerings under the thematic pavilion, ‘Arena of Desire: Driving Desire, Tech Pioneers & Sustainability Drivers.’ The event will take place at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, from January 17 to 22, 2025.
The luxury carmaker’s lineup includes the G 580 with EQ Technology, the Concept CLA Class, and the Mercedes-Maybach EQS 680 SUV Night Series. These vehicles highlight the brand’s commitment to innovation, luxury, and sustainability.
Star Attractions
The Mercedes-Benz G 580 with EQ Technology will make its India debut at the event. This all-electric variant of the iconic G-Class merges tradition with cutting-edge EV technology. The model retains its rugged DNA while introducing features like G-TURN, G-STEERING, and an intelligent off-road crawl function, making it a blend of performance and sustainability.
The futuristic Concept CLA Class, built on the Mercedes-Benz Modular Architecture (MMA) platform, will also take center stage. As a forerunner of a new electric segment, the Concept CLA combines luxury, sustainability, and next-gen technology. Designed for eco-conscious consumers, it boasts almost CO2-free steel, sustainably processed leather, and innovative materials.
Adding to the excitement is the Mercedes-Maybach EQS 680 SUV Night Series, a pinnacle of luxury in an all-electric avatar. This debut model blends opulence with innovative EV technology, featuring rose gold accents, a rear roof spoiler, and dark chrome embellishments for a striking presence.
Luxury Meets Performance
Mercedes-Benz will also display a range of performance-oriented vehicles. The AMG SL 55 4MATIC+ Roadster, developed entirely by Mercedes-AMG, represents seven decades of automotive excellence. Meanwhile, the AMG S 63 E PERFORMANCE, a hybrid marvel, offers unmatched luxury and thrilling driving dynamics.
The lineup is completed by the LWB E-Class E 450 4MATIC AMG Line, the most powerful E-Class ever produced in India. Equipped with a 3.0L six-cylinder petrol engine and mild-hybrid technology, it delivers exceptional performance while optimizing fuel efficiency.
