Inauguration Day draws near with the President-elect spending time over the weekend at his Mar-a-Lago estate meeting with Republican lawmakers, discussing how to move forward with his agenda to cut taxes and secure the border. Republicans in the House are divided on whether to pass one large reconciliation bill, or two separate bills to extend tax cuts and deliver on immigration reform. Recently, the US Surgeon General Vivek Murthy issued a new advisory calling on Congress to require labels warning consumers about the link between increased alcohol consumption and cancer.
