In the past, a woman had accused Diddy and Jay-Z of raping her during the 2000 VMAs after-party. At that time, the woman was just 13. However, the woman has dismissed her lawsuit with prejudice. It means she cannot file the case again. While that comes as a big 'W' for Diddy, he also found himself in another trouble.
Now, another woman has filed a lawsuit against Sean 'Diddy' Combs, who claimed that she was trafficked as a teenager. The woman filed the lawsuit on Friday by attorney Tony Buzbee. In the lawsuit, the woman accused Sean of hosting a party at the Miami warehouse in 2020, which was actually a front group for a sex event.
As reported by TMZ, the legal documents the portal obtained mentioned that at that time, the woman was 15 and was drugged by a man who is supposedly her trafficker. He reportedly raped her before he took her to a concealed area at the 2020 Miami party. In her lawsuit, the woman claimed that she was forced into sexual acts with at least 20 men. However, she didn't accuse Sean of directly assaulting her, as he had sex nearby with a Latina girl, who was 12-13 years old. But she accused Diddy of watching others engaged in sexual acts with her. Furthermore, the lawsuit mentioned that the plaintiff was trafficked from the age of 12 and the other underage girl who was involved with Combs was also a part of the same network that trafficked her. After 2 years, the cops rescued the girls in a police sting operation in Virginia.
After the woman's allegations, Sean's legal team has denied the allegations. His team mentioned that just because a lawsuit is filed doesn't mean the accusations are true. Diddy's lawyer told TMZ, "No matter how many lawsuits are filed especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims it won't change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone man or woman, adult or minor."
