WR panel bats for more 15-car trains, 2x2 seating

Western Railway’s accident review committee has recommended introduction of more 15-car services, besides introduction of rakes with 2x2 seating arrangement and installation of escalators at upcoming foot overbridges to prevent casualties on tracks.
