Badrunnisa can never forget the half hour she was stuck in traffic jam while taking her critically ill father to KG Medical University’s Lari Cardiology. The ambulance remained stuck in a traffic jam near Scientific Convention Center, barely 200 meters from KGMU. The girl’s father had suffered a heart attack. “Had I been late for two more minutes, it would have been too late,” she recalled.
