BJP slams Congress for blocking Parliament, calls it 'anti-poor & anti-development’

Hitting back at Congress after it termed the Modi dispensation a "failure" on all counts in 2015, , BJP on Wednesday termed the main opposition party as "anti-poor and anti-development" and cited a host of figures and schemes to project the Centre's "will" to fulfil its promises.
