Gang hacks 27-yr-old man to death

A four-member gang hacked a 27-year-old man to death in full public view at Kappivakkam in Kancheepuram district on Wednesday morning, police said. A police team arrived and moved the body of R Vasantha Kumar to the Chengalpet Government Hospital for postmortem.
