CBI books senior I-T officer, 8 associates in Rs 6 crore DA case

The Central Bureau of Investigation on Wednesday registered a case against a senior IRS officer and eight others, including his family members, for amassing Rs 6.1 crore, wealth the agency said was disproportionate to their known sources of income.
