Modi wants 'won't disrupt Parliament' to be Congress's New Year resolution

Attacking the Congress over disruptions and protests which have washed off two back-to-back Parliament sessions, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday asked the opposition party to vow to let the House function in the new year.
