BJP: AAP plays blame game as odd-even scheme bound to fail

BJP on Thursday slammed chief minister Arvind Kejriwal for attacking the Centre over issues like a protest strike by city bureaucrats, saying the AAP mascot is hunting for excuses as he is well aware that the odd-even scheme to control traffic and reduce pollution would fail.
