Karnataka HC quashes chief secretary’s order on sewage station

The Karnataka high court has quashed the June 5, 2014 order issued by state Chief Secretary wherein the bid process for implementation of a project envisaging the design, construction and commissioning of a 192 MLD Intermediate Sewage Pumping Station at the Koramangala Sports Complex in city was cancelled.
