After initially being listed for a city-topping $18.75 million a year and half ago, the mansion at 1955 N. Burling Street in Chicago's Lincoln Park has finally sold, according to Curbed.
The final sale price was a sharp cut off the original listing at $13.345 million.
The 20,000 square foot mansion was built over five continuous plots of land. It has 6 bedrooms, a home theater, and indoor pool and spa.
