BJP counters Cong, says govt has fulfilled promises

Rejecting the Congress' charge that the Modi government's promises remained unfulfilled, BJP on Friday claimed its 20-month tenure has been a story of "promises fulfilled and results delivered" and noted that India had become the "fastest" growing country despite a global slowdown.
