PIERRE — The South Dakota High School Activities Association (SDHSAA) Board of Directors worked through a potential new system for promoting and relegating individual athletic teams at a regular meeting on Wednesday, Jan. 21. The new system, which is being workshopped by the Success Factor Subcommittee and was presented by SDHSAA Executive Director Dan Swartos, Ed.D., would keep the current classification system in place and move individual programs up and down based on success and school size.
