March 7-8, 2026 All Female Boxing Clinic At Gleason’s Gym

World Champion Heather Hardy and Gleason’s Gym will put on an All- Female Boxers Clinic and Sparring Event on the weekend of March 7-8, 2026.

The training will include: Breathing, Movement-head, Footwork, Endurance, Mental preparation, Defense, Counterpunching, Cutting-off the ring, How to get out of the corner, Jab to close the distance, Jab against tall opponents and “Tricks of the pros.”

The topics of discussion will include: Weight cuts, Amateur training, transitioning to the pro ranks, and how the boxing business works.

The fee for the clinic is $379.00.
