TROY – Winning a state title is a huge accomplishment. However, winning two consecutive state titles puts a wrestler in a whole different category. Eddie Kessen from Delphos St. John’s and Lima Central Catholic’s Jordan Neal will attempt to put themselves in that rare back-to-back category when they compete at the Ohio High School Athletic Association Wrestling State Tournament at Ohio State’s Jerome Schottenstein Center on March 13-15.
