GRAND FORKS — For most students at UND, going to class means walking from building to building. For Paige Jones, attending class means watching lectures in hotel rooms in Europe and Asia and competition venues in Norway. Jones, originally from Park City, Utah, is a UND online student majoring in biomedical engineering who recently competed in the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milano-Cortina, Italy. From February 7-15, Jones competed in the Women's Large Hill Individual placing 28th and the Women's Normal Hill Individual placing 23rd.
