Capitol Report: After calling Trump a ‘con artist’, Rubio says he’s willing to speak on candidate’s behalf

Florida Sen. Marco Rubio has said in an interview that he’s willing to speak at the Republican convention on behalf of Donald Trump, just three months after calling the businessman and presidential candidate a “con artist.”
