Le Bal is more than a fashionable event. Since 1992, it has been a coming-of-age affair that marks the rite of passage for notable young women. This year was no different, welcoming Reese Witherspoon’s daughter, Ava Phillippe, among 20 other debs, with all charitable donations going to the Seleni Institute and Enfants d’Asie.
